Bookings can be made by phone, post or email.
A deposit is required to confirm a booking; deposits may be paid over the phone using Bankcard, Visa or Master Card or by mail using a cheque or money order.
The balance of the tariff is to be paid on arrival.
Check in time for cabins or an ensuite van site is after 1pm or by prior arrangement. Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement.
If a cancellation is received in writing 4 weeks prior to the booking, the deposit will be refunded less a $20 booking fee. The deposit may be transferred to a suitable alternative booking within 12 months.
Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site if necessary after booking.
Booked sites without a deposit will only be held until the arrival time specified unless otherwise arranged.
Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
